TITLE UPDATE | STAGE 1
We are pleased to inform you that the construction works are now finished and final pegging of your new block has been completed. Please notify your Building Company immediately that the site is now ready to be surveyed.
The Developer has commenced the Clearance process, already receiving one Clearance.
Once all Clearances are received the Stage is then lodged at WAPC (West Australian Planning Commission) to be signed off and sent into Landgate to be “in order for dealings” (this means the creation of the new lot has been approved) and an application for your new title can be produced. The Clearance process usually takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the completion of construction.
Based on the above, the Seller anticipates titles to be available June 2012.
We will keep you informed by way of email updating you as to the status of the clearances received and then through to issue of your new title.
