Entering into a joint venture
– This is often a good option if you own land and either do not have the funds or are unable to raise the capital necessary to meet development costs. We may be able to arrange the development of your land without any financial outlay on your part.
Retaining an existing home or a portion of the property to be developed – Again, we can provide you with advice and recommend people and services.

Entering into an option to sell
– This a method of allowing a potential buyer or developer to assess the viability of purchasing your land for development prior to making an offer to buy unconditional. Usually, if the sale does not proceed an option fee is payable to you.
