Riva Stage 2b Title Updates
As per your conversation with Sue last week, we have been advised that the Water Corporation, WAPC & Landgate are open over the Christmas period although they will be on skeleton staff so some work may be getting done in relation to clearances and titles etc.
Our office will be closed on Friday 23rd December 2011 and will resume on Monday 9th January 2012. We will be monitoring the progress of Clearance (and hopefully titles) during this time and will keep you updated as soon as we have news. Should you have any queries during please feel free to email us and we will respond as soon as possible.

Riva Stage 3 Title Updates
and the GOOD NEWS continues.........YOUR NEW TITLE HAS NOW BEEN ISSUED!!
We are very pleased to announce that we have been advised by the Developers Settlement Agent that the titles for Stage 3 of Riva have now been issued.
We will write to you shortly to provide you with the title particulars (Volume & Folio) of your block and advise you of your settlement date.
If the finance on your block IS unconditionally approved please confirm with your Bank/Broker that this approval is still valid and send us the latest copy (most lenders approvals have an expiry date). If your approval needs to be renewed we advise that you start this process immediately. Also, you will need to contact your Settlement Agent to ensure that you have signed all necessary documents to enable you to proceed to settlement.
If the finance on your block IS NOT unconditionally approved please update us on the status of your finance application as soon as possible, either by emailing Kate at kate@landforsalewa.com.au or calling 9256 1815.

Gas Update
The main gas line along Nicholson Road has been completed by Alinta and gas is now available at your new block.
If you have not already obtained a Gas Account Number from Alinta you should do so now and advise your Builder.
Please also contact your Construction Supervisor and advise them that gas is now available at your property.
