YOUR NEW TITLE HAS NOW BEEN ISSUED!
We are very pleased to announce that we have been advised by the Developers Settlement Agent that the titles for Stage 1 The Haven, Maddington have now been issued.
We will write to you shortly to provide you with the title particulars (Volume & Folio) of your block.
If the finance on your block is NOT unconditionally approved please update us on the status of your finance application as soon as possible, either by emailing Kate at kate@landforsalewa.com.au or calling 9256 1815.
If the finance on your block is unconditionally approved please confirm with your Bank/Broker that this approval is still valid and send us the latest copy (most lenders approvals have an expiry date). If your approval needs to be renewed we advise that you start this process immediately..
