Due to delays in the commencement of construction the Developers have advised that the titles for the above property are now anticipated to be released in October 2011.
The developers advise that construction is due to commence in April 2011. The estate will need to go through the normal process of construction before receiving the relevant clearances from various governmental departments before being submitted back to West Australian Planning Commission for final approval and then lodgement with Landgate for title issue. As there are a number of different departments involved in this process back logs can be a regular occurrence.
The Developers have advised they’re doing everything in there power to speed up the process as it is also in their best interest to have the titles released as soon as possible.
