The Developers Project Manager has informed us that there is a drainage pit available to every block of land in Orchard Green for the purpose of collection/removal of house and roof stormwater (in place of normal house soak wells).
This means all house and roof stormwater runoff is to connect to the piped public road drainage network via the shared drainage pit at the front of your block, even if standard soak wells around the house are installed an overflow connection to the piped drainage network will be required as a condition of a Building License Approval when issued by the Shire.

PHASE 1 | TITLE UPDATE
The Developer’s Project Manager has advised that the items resulting in the delay in obtaining the Clearance from the Shire have now been resolved, however, there are still steps to take in order to receive the Clearance.
Once this final Clearance is received the Stage is then lodged at WAPC (West Australian Planning Commission) to be signed off and sent into Landgate to be “in order for dealings” (this means the creation of the new lot has been approved) and an application for your new title can be produced.
Based on the above the Seller now anticipates titles to be available early March 2013.
The Developer has really appreciated your patience so far and hopes that you continue to be patient whilst they work towards obtaining titles for Orchard Green.
